## What you can attend on 10 December

The People's Peace Prize Celebration runs 11:30 to 17:00 in front of the Nobel Peace Center. The ceremony is screened outside the centre on a big screen, with Norwegian subtitles on English speeches. The centre lists the screening as 12:00 to 13:30, but also says the ceremony starts at 13:00 and lasts 1.5 hours, so expect it to end around 14:30.

The torchlight procession starts outside the Peace Center at 16:45 with speeches and music, and runs until 18:00. The centre invites everyone to the procession. Neither site explains how to get into the ceremony itself, so do not plan on it.

## The days around it

The Nobel Week page names Navi Pillay as the 2026 laureate. The Nobel Peace Prize Forum on 11 December is live streamed, and the Peace Prize exhibition opens on 12 December. NRK broadcasts the ceremony.
