## Booking and cancellation

- **Until 14 days before:** cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- **Until 7 days before:** add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- **Less than 7 days before:** no refund.
- **Acute illness:** refunded per person with a doctor's note.

**Is the tasting in English?**

It is held in Norwegian. No English session is published, so say so in your request if your group needs English.

**Is there an age limit?**

Yes, everyone must be 18 or older. Bring ID in case you are asked for it.
