## What happens

1. **Welcome drink.** The first of your three drinks.
2. **Behind the bar.** A short introduction to the bartender's job and the equipment, without a long history lesson.
3. **Two drinks you mix.** You make them yourselves with help from the host. That makes three drinks in total, counting the welcome drink.

Pedro Passos has worked as a bartender all his life, including at BA3 in Oslo, and has trained many other bartenders.

## Booking and cancellation

We need your estimated headcount at least 21 days before the date.

- **Until 14 days before:** cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- **Until 7 days before:** add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- **Less than 7 days before:** no refund.
- **Acute illness:** refunded per person with a doctor's note.

## Questions

**Is there an age limit for the cocktail course?**

Yes, everyone must be 20 or older. Bring ID in case you are asked for it.

**What is the smallest group?**

Group prices start at 6 people. We publish no upper limit, so state your group size in the request.

**What kinds of groups is it for?**

The course is offered for bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, department meetings and team building.
