# Coffee cupping at Fuglen in Oslo

A coffee cupping at Fuglen in Oslo costs 350 NOK per person as a public ticket. A private group session at a time you choose has its own price, which we send in an offer. It lasts 75 minutes, in Norwegian and English, at Fuglen Coffee Roasters in St. Halvards gate or Fuglen in Universitetsgata.

On the public cupping, everyone gets 50% off a bag of their favourite coffee.

Seats checked on 7 November 2026, when all of 2026 was sold out. A group of more than 8 fits on neither date, so in January it needs a private session.

## Booking and cancellation

**Private group sessions.** We need your estimated headcount at least 21 days before the date.

- **Until 14 days before:** cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- **Until 7 days before:** add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- **Less than 7 days before:** no refund.
- **Acute illness:** refunded per person with a doctor's note.

**Public tickets.** Cancel at least 14 days before for a full refund, or at least 7 days before for 50%. Later, there is no refund. Acute illness is refunded with a doctor's note.

## Questions

**How often are the public cuppings?**

Monthly, according to the hosts. All of 2026 is sold out.

**Do we need to know about coffee?**

No. The session is an introduction to specialty coffee.
