## What happens

1. **Welcome.** An introduction with some history, and the first dumplings of the evening.
2. **The class.** You split into teams that take turns rolling out dough and shaping dumplings around the filling.

The class holds at most 20 people at once. Above 20, we rent a larger room at extra cost or split you into groups at different times or on different days, and the offer shows the final price.

## Booking and cancellation

We need your estimated headcount at least 21 days before the date.

- **Until 14 days before:** cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- **Until 7 days before:** add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- **Less than 7 days before:** no refund.
- **Acute illness:** refunded per person with a doctor's note.

The class still runs if you pay for 10 people, which is 11,900 NOK excluding VAT.
