# Pasta course in Oslo for groups

A pasta course for groups in Oslo costs 1,690 NOK per person for 8 to 13 people, 1,590 NOK for 14 to 20 and 1,490 NOK for 21 or more, excluding VAT. ## What happens

1. **Welcome.** A drink with or without alcohol, and bruschetta with parma ham and cherry tomato.
2. **The course.** You make pasta dough, tagliatelle, filling for ravioli, different types of ravioli, a tomato sauce and a porcini sauce.
3. **Dinner.** You sit down together and eat 2 pasta dishes, with 1 glass of wine or an alcohol-free drink.
4. **Afterwards.** You get the recipes and a summary page.

## Extras

**Homemade tiramisu** for dessert: 150 NOK per person excluding VAT.

## Dietary needs

Vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free guests can be catered for. Guests with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance get shop-bought gluten-free pasta, boiled in a separate pot in the kitchen. Tell us in advance.

All prices exclude VAT. A group of 21 costs 510 NOK less in total than a group of 20, because the price per person drops at 21.

## Booking and cancellation

We need your estimated headcount at least 21 days before the date.

- **Until 14 days before:** cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- **Until 7 days before:** add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- **Less than 7 days before:** no refund.
- **Acute illness:** refunded per person with a doctor's note.
