When a friend from the US missed bagels in Norway, founder Emma started this little bagel factory. Here you can choose between four types of bagels – plain, sesame, poppy seed and everything – all served with delicious spreads and toppings. They focus on local ingredients, with cream cheese from Rygge Meieri, flour from Holli Mølle and eggs from Vingulmark. The bagels are undeniably tasty, but there aren’t many seats available, so it’s mainly a takeaway spot.
