What happens
- Welcome. An introduction with some history, and the first dumplings of the evening.
- The class. You split into teams that take turns rolling out dough and shaping dumplings around the filling.
- Eating. The dumplings are steamed and served as you go, in two varieties: pork, and vegetarian with mushroom.

Booking and cancellation
We need your estimated headcount at least 21 days before the date.
- Until 14 days before: cancel for a full refund, or add or remove people one by one at no cost.
- Until 7 days before: add people if there is room. A 50% refund applies only if you cancel the whole event, not to individual people. We send the invoice at this point.
- Less than 7 days before: no refund.
- Acute illness: refunded per person with a doctor's note.
