EHiN 2026: Dates, Programme Times and Getting to Skjetten

Programme times

The practical page gives Tuesday 09:00 to 17:00 and Wednesday 09:00 to 16:00, with the registration desk open on Monday 9 November from 17:00 to 19:00 and from 07:30 on both conference days. The programme's closing session runs 16:00 to 16:30 on Wednesday, and the ticket form says the conference ends at 17:00. The organiser's shuttle back on Wednesday afternoon is listed at 16:45 from X Meeting Point to Scandic Lillestrøm, so be at the bus by then.

The conference dinner on Tuesday starts with an aperitif from 17:00, with doors at 19:00. The dress code is semi formal, and the shuttles also run after the dinner.

Shuttle buses

The organiser's shuttles leave from outside Scandic Hotel Lillestrøm on Stillverksveien, by Lillestrøm station. On Tuesday morning they are listed from 07:30 to 09:05, and they leave when full, so times can shift. Radisson Blu Alna has morning shuttles on both days, but no return to the hotel is listed for Wednesday. The morning bus on 10 November needs a ticket at NOK 64 excluding VAT, NOK 80 with VAT, although the practical page calls the shuttles free. The other organiser buses need no ticket. If you arrive outside shuttle times, regular buses stop at Hellerudsletta.

Late tickets

A full conference ticket costs NOK 5,700 for the public sector and NOK 13,000 for business, excluding VAT. The conference dinner costs NOK 1,040 excluding VAT, NOK 1,300 with VAT, plus a NOK 100 ticket fee if you buy it on its own. The refund window closed 30 days before the conference. A digital ticket costs NOK 2,000 excluding VAT.
