AC Perch
An Oslo classic when it comes to Afternoon Tea. The atmosphere at this well known tea salon can be described as classic, calm and welcoming, and it feels like a small oasis in the middle of the city. You will find a whole universe of tea here, from green to white varieties, which can feel a bit overwhelming for beginners. We enjoyed their classic selection and tiered cake stand, with sweet treats on top, freshly baked scones in the middle, and small sandwiches with salmon and pastrami at the bottom. The desserts included macarons, small tarts and fresh berries. The clear highlight, however, was without a doubt the warm, perfectly baked scones, which paired beautifully with clotted cream and jam.

Ahaan
Afternoon tea here is an unforgettable oriental experience. At this stylish restaurant on Frogner, you are served small dishes and desserts with a flavour profile that is slightly different from the classic version. The first course included, among other things, a spring roll, a beautifully presented and flavourful spicy tuna tartare, and melon with a spiced filling. The dessert tower featured two treats reminiscent of mochi ice cream, macarons, ginger jelly, a marzipan bite, chocolate mousse and a fruity mango dessert. We were surprised by how much this afternoon tea experience included. Definitely worth it. The atmosphere and the food went hand in hand, with a consistent sense of quality throughout.

Chat D'Or
Craving something sweet and French? Maybe with a glass of champagne? Tucked away in Frogner, you’ll find a French wine and champagne salon offering dainty treats in one of the city’s most unique settings. Here you can enjoy a tower of French pastries or a French inspired Afternoon Tea. What really sets this place apart is the interior design. Every detail feels carefully considered, and the theme ties the entire space together beautifully. The selection of French bubbles is impressively wide too!
