After a few popular sourdough bun pop-ups, this bakery opened up right by the Akerselva river, tucked away in a cozy little corner of Oslo. The space is quite small and charming, so it’s usually best suited for takeaway, as seating is pretty limited. We definitely recommend the sourdough cardamom bun! You can really taste the sourdough – just the way we think a bake like that should be. The only downside? It’s the first one to sell out!
