Trattoria Crudo

Right in the heart of Nydalen you’ll find a cosy Italian trattoria serving excellent pizza. Their head chef is from south of Naples and is an award-winning pizzaiolo with several podium finishes at the Pizza World Championships, most recently taking third place in 2022 for his Margherita. Here the pizzas come straight from the stone oven with a perfectly airy crust and just the right thickness. We’ve enjoyed everything from the classic 'Margherita' and the slightly spicier 'Diavola', to the indulgent 'Quattro Formaggi' and the burrata-topped 'Burratina'. The interior features natural materials, earthy tones and a touch of Nordic minimalism. Italian photos and motifs adorn the walls, and upstairs you’ll even find a Vespa on display. Tip: The pistachio gelato here is a must-try!
